I’m Andrew Dornan and I’m and a Leadership Coach

I was told at school my generation wouldn’t have a job for life. That’s certainly been true for me. I’ve been a chef, a school teacher, a computer programmer, a social entrepreneur, a project manager, a missionary, trainer, facilitator and pastor.  And now I’m an Entrepreneur and Coach.

I’ve lived in 5 countries on 3 continents, I had to learn other languages and cultures and I’ve had to navigate continual change. I’ve had to learn how to be a learner and constantly acquire new skills. None of it was easy.
My calling is to be a catalyst for others and to help them step deeper into their calling. 

What I’ve learned along the way:

As a chef I learned the art of choosing and mixing ingredients. I still use this skill to help you pick out the development tools you need to transform your leadership.
As a teacher and trainer, I understand how adults learn and what motivates them to succeed.
As a programmer I know that executing tried and tested code line by line gets predictable outputs, you too, by doing the work and implementing proven strategies for change, can be sure of implementing the change you need.
As a social entrepreneur I learned that business isn’t just about money, it’s also about the cause.
As a project manager and trainer, I can see both the big picture and the little picture and how they fit together.
As a missionary and pastor, I understand your call and take joy in helping you walk more fully in it.

Like you I have a call to the marketplace and see it as they place where most of us who follow Jesus put our faith into action.
I learned that constantly growing and developing was part of the key to succeeding. I found that having a guide, someone who could help me navigate the change was a key to doing it well.
I found the places where I could be me, bring my faith into the mix are the places that I’ve thrived the most.
I’m committed to be constantly learning, honing skills and developing gifting.
